FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What are the visitor guidelines?
    Moon Arch & Roses (MARs) is dedicated to providing excellence in our collection, and visitor experience. Our team are here to help you and others enjoy their visit. Visitors putting themselves, other visitors, or the art at risk may be asked to leave the showcase. Verbal or physical harassment, discrimination, threats, or other disruptive behavior is not permitted. To keep our visitors, staff, and the art safe, all must listen to any instructions or guidance given by our staff. The exhibit does not permit solicitations unless pre-authorized by our team. For health and safety reasons, shirts and shoes are required to enter the showroom.
  • Are there any featured artist or social guests at the art show?
    This is a solo exhibit, but we anticipate the presence of other artists and a few special guests.
  • How long will the art show be running?
    This exhibit is an one-night-only event. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated on future events.
  • Is photography allowed during the art show?
    Yes. Photography and videography are allowed so long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, noncommercial use. Ask for details when you arrive. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.
  • Are the artworks at the art show available for purchase?
    Yes, the art is available for purchase. Inquire with our on-site team on the day of the event or contact us via email at art@iamniae.com
  • Is there a gift shop or merchandise available at the art show?
    Our shop is open during the exhibit hours. Our online shop is always open at www.moonarchandroses.com
  • What is the difference between general admission and the all access pass?
    General admission tickets offer access to the exhibit only and have two different showtimes. All access pass gives you exclusive access to exhibit and the Artist Lounge where you can enjoy food, drinks and entertainment.
  • What is the Artist's Lounge?
    A private room on the 2nd floor of the showroom. All-access pass guest will enjoy complimentary cocktails, catered food, entertainment and mingle with other special guests. These festivities will commence at 7pm and continue to 11pm
  • What happens when I arrive?
    If you reserved a general admission ticket online, a staff member will scan your ticket at the exhibition entrance. Visitors are strongly encouraged to reserve tickets in advance. A limited number of tickets are available. Entry time into the exhibit is fixed and not flexible. We kindly request all guest to arrive on time to ensure a seamless experience. There will be a 20 minute grace period for all general admission ticket holders. All-access pass will have exclusive access to the exhibit. The art exhibit will take about approx. 15 minutes to explore. General Admission ticket only grants access to view the art exhibit.
  • What is the food and drink policy?
    Outside food and drink is not permitted with the exception of water in a clear bottle.
  • Is there free parking?
    There’s street parking in the neighborhood Worth street and other side streets.
  • Can children attend this exhibit?
    This exhibit is directed to an adult audiences, no children are allowed.
